Return Policy
Our commitment to your satisfaction
We stand behind every product we sell. If a purchase doesn't meet your expectations, our transparent return process is designed to make resolution simple, fair, and timely.
Eligibility & Return Window
Most hardware products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice, provided they meet the condition requirements outlined below.
Custom-configured, built-to-order, or special-order items must be reported within 7 days of receipt and are subject to manufacturer approval.
Software licenses, digital subscriptions, and electronically delivered products are non-returnable once activated or downloaded.
Product Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in original, resalable condition — complete with manufacturer packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Products returned without original packaging or with signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.
Defective or damaged-on-arrival products are exempt from restocking fees and will be replaced or refunded in full at our discretion.
Return Authorization Process
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact our team at sales@tanxlm.com or call +1 206 4848 135 to initiate the process.
Please have your invoice number, product serial number, and a brief description of the reason for return ready when you reach out.
Ship the product in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outer label. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the customer's expense.
Refund & Credit Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part.
Non-Returnable & Final-Sale Items
Activated software licenses, digital downloads, warranties, and subscription-based services
Custom-configured, built-to-order, or specially engraved hardware ordered to customer specifications
Clearance, open-box, refurbished, or final-sale items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Products with missing, altered, or removed serial numbers, warranty labels, or evidence of physical damage or misuse
Items not purchased directly through TanXLM or an authorized TanXLM sales channel
